We offer a delivery option to cities within a 10-mile radius of Covina, CA. If the delivery address is more than 10 miles from Covina, your order may be canceled and you will receive a full refund.
Due to working a corporate job, my availability is limited. If our calendar does not show availability on a desired date, please email us at ritzystems@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you at our earliest opportunity.

We do not accept returns and exchanges. We go to great lengths to provide our customers with the freshest blooms available from the market. The availability of blooms is dependent on the season and other factors.
